  • Johannesburg & surrounding areas: 1–2 business days
  • Major cities (Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Outlying or remote areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received and cleared.
Processing typically takes 1 business day, after which your order is dispatched.

If an item is out of stock or requires additional sourcing time, we will contact you immediately with options.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
