At TRT Solutions, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing IT hardware, software, and accessories from our online store. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • The product is in resellable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a handling fee.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

For security, licensing, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective on arrival:

  • Opened software licences or digital products
  • Activated antivirus or subscription keys
  • Headsets, earphones, and microphones (if opened)
  • Special‑order or custom‑configured items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation

All defective items are subject to manufacturer assessment before a replacement or refund is approved.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error

If the item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective on arrival
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • TRT Solutions is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Defective items (after assessment)

If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative product or a refund.

7. Warranty Claims

All products include manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand.
Warranty claims may require:

  • Serial number verification
  • Proof of purchase
  • Manufacturer assessment

We will guide you through the warranty process and assist where possible.

8. Software & Licensing Returns

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Activated or delivered software licences cannot be refunded
  • Incorrectly purchased licences cannot be exchanged once issued
